BIRTH SUPPORT
As a doula, I provide continuous, compassionate support throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth—so you feel informed, confident, and deeply supported.
During pregnancy, I offer a safe space to explore your hopes and concerns, share evidence-based information, and help you prepare emotionally and physically for birth.
During labor and birth, I offer steady presence, hands-on comfort measures, emotional reassurance, and advocacy that centers your preferences and autonomy.
I honor all birthing people and all birth paths. My goal is for you to feel seen, respected, and supported every step of the way.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
The postpartum period is a time of rest, healing, and adjustment. I offer compassionate, non-judgmental support so you feel cared for and supported as you transition into life with your baby.
As a doula, I provide both day and night postpartum support, offering emotional reassurance, newborn and feeding support, and practical help that allows you to rest and recover. I hold space for your experience, answer questions as they arise, and support you in building confidence during the early weeks.
My goal is to help you feel nurtured, empowered, and never alone during this tender time.
CESAREAN SECTION SUPPORT
Whether your cesarean is planned or unplanned, you deserve informed, compassionate, and respectful support. I provide non-judgmental care to help you feel prepared, grounded, and supported throughout your cesarean birth.
As a doula, I will support you by helping you understand your options, prepare for surgery, and advocate for your preferences when possible. Before and after birth, I offer emotional reassurance, grounding support, and space to process your experience.
My goal is to ensure you feel seen, respected, and supported as you welcome your baby—no matter how your birth unfolds.

Two postpartum shifts of eight hours each (sixteen total hours)
Day or overnight postpartum care
Postpartum hours may be used anytime during the fourth trimester
Postpartum care provided at a reduced rate of $30/hour
